When the government creates G.E.O.R.G.E (DJ Holloway), a super soldier with enhanced speed, strength and intelligence, it's not long before he escapes. The only man on the planet who has a chance to stop him is ex-Assassin Rick "The Hammer" Henniken (James Monegan).
When G.E.O.R.G.E gets involved with Rick's daughter, things get personal.
